Default Trip with a handgun.

On the road from Oklahoma to South Carolina to see my granddaughter graduate from USMC boot camp 22 years to the day after I retired from the Army. I wouldn't dream of making a road trip like this unarmed. Luckily, my Oklahoma Handgun License is good in Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina, so one of my S&W carry revolvers has accompanied us. I won't be able to take it on base with us and will leave it in the hotel safe in my security lockbox. Then, it will go back on my hip for the drive home.

THIS is why we need nationwide reciprocity.
