Warning owner armed decals on home?

I have an issue with the way you display the flags. I believe the Gadsden flag is still treated as an official flag of the United States and as such, no flag should be flown higher than it. Two US flags should not be flown on the same staff.

At least that is how I was taught.

Kevin

Thanks, I never knew this, and quite embarrassed I didn't.

Said it many times, here and elsewhere. No signature clothing or ball caps, no stickers on the truck, no "I dare you" signs around the house. No one needs to know what might be inside there or my truck.

Here's a better one that may stop people from messing with your stuff.

"No Need To Know" as I heard in my Army days. Likewise no gun cabinets that can be seen from the outside, etc. If repairmen come, everything out of sight, don't mention them, etc. Discretion is the better part of valor-and many other things as well.

Wow this has been very informal to me thank you everyone who is dropping knowledge on me! I’m on the younger side of this group (28) so I have a lot I can learn from other’s experiences. Thank you and it looks like I’ll be passing on these! Thank you for the advices on the cameras and alarms before we got the keys I went out and bought about 4 camera from ring and an alarm for the windows and doors if they were to be opened. As far as the flag flying under ol glory I truly didn’t know that part and looks like I can now add a second flag pole to ensure proper flag etiquette. Thank you gents hope everyone has a safe week!

Not a good idea to advertise

Happy Sunday patriots I have another question was hoping to hear from some of you your thoughts on these warning/attention stickers to have throughout the house. Mainly at entry points. Maybe the garage door a couple windows in the backyard etc. I’m sure they’ll be pros and cons but really interested in seeing where the majority stand on them. Thank you in advance!

Our burglaries with stolen firearms very often had these types of stickers on doors, in car windows, etc. If the maggots (er, alleged burglars) are looking specifically for guns, they'll watch you a few days to see when your house is unattended and go in then.

I also would avoid, "We collect gold coins, Martin guitars, and oxycontin tablets here" stickers and signs.
