Thanks for the tips! However, you forgot to mention one thing. It's very difficult, and uncomfortable, to carry AIWB if you have "Dunlops Disease" (my belly dun lopped over my belt). I had to stop carrying my M&P PC Shield Plus 9mm until I can drop 10 lbs. from around my middle. I have a Crossbreed AIWB holster that I really like, but it's just not practical at the moment. Since it's relative cool here right now, I'm relegated to OWB belt carry for the time being. When it warms up I'll be back to pocket carry. Gotta go and get back on the treadmill!

Appendix carry is one method I won't be doing anytime soon! Too dangerous, not so much from an AD, but from someone else yanking Roscoe! Secondly, sitting down has got to be a bit funky. Harder to conceal unless an over garment is worn (doesn't fly well in warm States) and even at 71 years old I value my sex life to much - lol.
I carry 50% of the time in a DeSantis Nemesis Pocket Holster and the other 50% in a Kramer Horsehide OWB Belt Scabbard. A tee shirt conceals my P365 and extra magazine quite well when OWB carrying.

I am up and down in and out of my vehicle all day everyday and with the proper setup sitting is absolutely not a problem.....

This is a Murph's Custom leather holster to which I added the belt claw.
Murph'''s Custom Leather - Murph'''s Custom Leather, Holsters

Warren, these holsters are standard stock in a lot of gun stores at least here in NC....this particular holster model comes in about 3 or 4 different sizes to fit a multitude of gun sizes. I had some belt claws left over from years ago from We The People Kydex holsters which I refuse to use anymore so I just drilled a small hole and added the claw.

I also carry 3.1" or 4" Shield Plus in AIWB holster. Very comfortable.
