Here's a thumbs up for revolver_ph and the rear sight mount to replace the rear leaf sight to accommodate a Burris FastFire III (or similar reflex sights). The sight mount came nicely packaged in packaging marked Raptor Engineering. The sight mount is well-engineered, fits well, is easy to install, and perfectly fits a Burris FastFire III reflex sight. It works really well on my 617.
revolver_ph was easy to work with and prompt with communication and shipping.
Compared to a similar mount, the Allchin mount, I have on a 686, I think the Raptor Engineering (revolver_ph) mount is significantly better. Fits a little better, maybe a slightly lower profile, a bit more svelte, and less expensive. Don't get me wrong. The Allchin mount is very good but the Raptor Engineering is better.
If you really want to treat yourself with a nice mount for your K, L, or N frame revolver for a reflex sight then this mount is highly recommended.
