last Wednesday I noticed a featherweight thumbhole for a bull barreled savage b mag in there rapid fire sale section, so I called customer service and verified the stock was available and placed the order immediately at that time online,
amount came out of my account within 10 minutes
received notice today that order was cancelled due to issues on line.

When I did stocking jobs I bought lots of stocks from them. Something there has changed. Customer service is not very good. I want them to verify they have a stock in service before I order it, they don't do this any more, they take your money then you are stuck waiting till them make some like it at a later date.

Wow, not good to hear! I just ordered another stock from them. It seems they are making more and more "factory" stocks like Savage and Ruger and since, the the individual orders are taking a back seat. Unfortunately they are really the only game in town for wood/wood laminate stocks unless you want to pay ungodly sums!

When they take money out of your account before an item ships, THAT'S A BIG RED FLAG and shouldn't happen. I had a similar experience on a reloading press on sale. They took my money then told me it was on back-order. I called the state attorney general's office who in turn called them due to multiple complaints. I got my money back the next day.
