Decided to sit out Black Friday...
Found an optic I was after cheaper online so decided to peruse my local WTS board instead of brave the crowds, but ... Got the deal done pretty quick not counting a 200 mile round trip.
So in 10 days I go pick this up. It's ANIB.

Nice score indeed. Sat it out myself but ordered a woodsman vest from my favorite Cabelas. Usually throw them some bucks for their clothing and scopes.

I sat it out too, and from my chair I bought a Galloway Precision Kydex appendix holster with incorporated extra mag holder from their website. Hassle free day.

Well, at first I thought sitting it out meant no purchases.....but I did sit it out (hate crowded stores). Got some ammo, ammo cans, replacement work/gun belt, a bunch of Christmas gifts for the kids, a Tipton gun vise for the new rimfire rifle, and a grip extender.

I stayed out, too.
Went to Walmart this PM. First time since before Turkey Day. Talked with a clerk as I walked in. She said weekend was unbelievable, but back to normal today. I had no trouble getting around, but they were out of a few things, including salt.
I boiled some peanuts last weekend and that ran me out of salt.

Wow, driving 200 miles is your idea of "sitting it out"? You sir, have gumption!
That aside, you should love that Sig 1911 Target. I've had two in the last 9 or so years. I traded my first one (Stainless and twin to yours) stupidly for some reason that now escapes me. That gun shot one ragged hole and was missed near immediately. Came across a second lightly used ( Nitron Finished) one last year in a LGS. That gun had been modified with a short, skeletal trigger and it fit me perfectly! It shoots nearly as well as the first ( and I'm guessing the "nearly" part is due to my aging eyes. Sig makes a REAL nice 1911 IMHO. Enjoy it!
