Smile The ugliest pistol category

The Dreyse 32 has to be the ugliest pistol ever made. This is an Imperial (German WWI) marked pistol. This one has to be kept by itself!
Thanks for looking,
Joe

The Dardick is certainly right up there.

I own a couple of modern contenders:

I almost put up a pic of my Sigma, but thought that the PPS and Rhino far outweighed in in ugly.

Or this one? An D.D. Oury revolver. Made in Belgium in .32 acp.
If the target is very close by. Maybe just maybe I can hit something with it. The revolver is made after 1900 before WW I.

I agree all of 'em are ugly except the Walther PPS. Great little pistols and I kinda like the looks even though they're polymer. I don't like the colored frame models. Mine's standard black.

This has to be the ugliest "gun" ever made. The Knuckle Buster late 1800's.

I can't believe that we got thru 3 pages of posts and no one mentioned the English top break Webley .455. IMHO, that is one homely revolver. ........ Big Cholla

In the modern category, there are a great many "new" contenders. As pointed out, the Rhino is pretty ugly, the Glocks and just about any plastic pistol and, in my opinion, right near the top lies the Desert Eagle and the Judge.

My ugly Rhino is a nail-driver. Hard to believe it is Italian. The land of generally beautiful machinery (ie: Ducati, Ferrari, Antonio Carrera, Perazzi, Sara Varone).

Well, it's been said that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and it's only skin deep. Ugly can go clear to the bone.

Glocks have absolutely no aesthetic appeal to someone like me compared to fine blued steel and wood, but instead of ugly I simply find them utilitarian. Like some of the girls I dated in the past; not ugly, certainly not pretty, but very adequate to the task at hand. The pretty ones have to be handled way too delicately most of the time.

Now those Rhinos on the other hand . . . .

I was reluctant to post a picture of my little EIG, 4-shot .22 as I didn't want to offend it, but hey, we're among friends! Truth be told, the darn little thing is really fun to shoot and I wouldn't mind finding a few more of 'em.

Hi-Points by far. That weird plastic piece on the bottom of the magazine make their pistols look like a cordless power drill.

Okay, what say you ??? Ugly, or beautiful ? Priced originally at $10,000, this is one of 10 Korth Anno Domini .357 Magnums made in 2000. The grips are worth more alone than any gun I have ever owned. Hand crafted worksmanship has to be seen and felt to be believed. So, ugly or beautiful ??? Shoo

Just came across one of these while searching a auction site, never seen it before but thought it deserved recognition for it's ummm lack of aesthetics.

Remington did take on some strange designs in their time.
The Rider Magazine pistol is another.

Never had either but did have a miniature of their Elliots derringer.

The last time that I saw one of those... it had "Campbell's Tomato Soup" on the side.

That's before they scraped the label off.

Just waht I "Need". A Colt with a bunch of pot leaves engraved and inlaid in genuine gold. Why, oh why.
