Off brand Pinto
This F.I.E. Titan Buffalo Scout was purchased new by my grandfather with a blue frame and barrel and a nickel cylinder and ejector rod housing. The box is marked for a blue gun. I'm not sure they ever catalogued this combination. I thought it was unusual and thought I'd share. Anybody else have a non Smith and Wesson pinto?

There are two Colt DS pintos on gunbroker...but I am suspect of them as they are by the same seller..looks like he might have just switched cylinders on a nickel and blue DS.

I have an S&W holster for those. Perhaps I should buy another $39.00 Titan. I sold it because it pulled to the left and the "adjustable" rear sight, wasn't.

Have you shot that? I have a non pinto version of that gun and it shoots so good it thinks it's a Colt Frontier Scout, it's that tight. I shoot it more than my old Ruger single Sixes. And I do own a big bore pinto version of your .22. This is a 5 1/2" 1982 Colt .44 Special with factory numbered nickel cylinder. One of 483 but not especially collectable...yet. Here it is but it now wears the factory hard rubbers.

If it came with a Mag cylinder, it went missing sometime through the years. I haven't seen it.
Wyatt, I haven't fired it. Might have to give it a try sometime. I sure like the 44!

I wonder if a cylinder for a Heritage revolver would fit? I seem to recall that the Heritage is simply a U.S. made copy of an older import offered by FIE et al.
Anyway, I have a Heritage that is a pinto. Mine has one blued cylinder and one shiny one (nickel? chrome? I dunno.). The guy that had it before me only had the Magnum cylinder, having bought it used. He bought the shiny but scuffed .22 LR cylinder for a bargain price somewhere, hence the pinto was born.
