Whats your latest purchase? "guns/accessories"
Picked up a couple of official police heavy barrels from 1939….just couldn’t pass up the deal.

I have debated buying a Model 986, (9mm-7 shot revolver) for about a month. I just did it last week. I love it even though I need moon clips for it. Life is just too short to deny yourself of such a necessity.

Surprised this thread has been dormant for two weeks.... time for a bump.
Local gun show this weekend... lots of "optimistic" prices. Tried to come to a deal on an S serial numbered Highway Patrolman with box, but seller wanted too much.
I did bring home a set of K Frame football targets...
And a T/C Contender 10" in .357mag. I've been looking to pick one of these up for a while, and this one was pretty reasonable.
Now I need to hunt down a .22LR barrel for it...

Just brought home a Series 3 Colt Match Target. By the serial number it dates to 1958...just a year younger than me. Now I need some magazines. There is a process where Beretta Neos mags can be converted by swapping out the base plate. I'll let you know how that works out.

Just made a trade deal. had a Rock Island 45 auto almost new in the box. Traded it and a few partial boxes of 30 cal 338 and 7mm bullets and 550 cash for a new in box Remington 1911 45 auto and a really nice K-22 5 screw S&W. I think the K-22 is in exc condition. Guy got a total of 5 partial boxes of 7mm bullets (I have no 7mm or 338)21 Nosler Partition 338s and 2 partial boxes of 150 gr 30-30 bullets. I think I did good. Post pictures if I can figure how to load in a folder on the new W 10 machine I have

My 1924 .44 with 2022 grips. Yes, I know it's a travesty, but it twists way around with the original grips, and still twists with the target Altamonts I bought. These stay in my palm. Hogues always do. Ugly? Yes. But I'm old, and that's why I put the originals back on for display, and the rubbers on to go shoot.

That's a fine looking specimen I don't care WHAT kind of grips you put on it. If you have some nice wood to put on it when you aren't shooting it, all the better.

Bloody Wheels magazine sleeves for the ProMag 15 (14?) round mags for my SCCY. Great fit, stippling feels like the stock grips. Good product.

Winchester model 12 heavy duck. It’s had an aftermarket rib installed. Also stock and forearm replaced. The butt stock has an adjustable comb put on it. The barrel has been threaded for Browning Invector plus choke tubes.
I also picked a S&W model 640-1 model with engraving. All in all a very good day.

Traded for a Century Arms AK 47 yesterday! The last one I had was part of a C. Sharps 1874 trade and I still have several thousand rounds of ammunition!

I have one of these, it's a great shooter!
Not sure if you bought yours to collect or shoot, but I shoot mine.
I was told that these have trigger jobs from the factory. I believe it, it's smooth and breaks under very little pressure.
Enjoy!

In past week I got a 18.5” barrel for a Mossberg 500 and a set of elk horn grips for my NAA mini mag. This weekend I got a 12ga Shockwave. I’m sure I’ll love or hate the Shockwave lol

I finally got the SA-35 I ordered last year, and at the officer purchase price. Won’t get to the range until next week, looking forward to shooting it. Even if I have to replace the extractor it was still a really good deal.

I got mine through the Springfield IOP a few weeks ago. I've had her out once, so far. No malfunctions of any kind, very accurate and a pleasure to shoot through the first 100 rounds.

The waiting is killing me but hopefully by May the 1950s Colt .38super 1911 will arrive at the shop. It's been fiddled with so it has different sights and a spare entire upper half that is a rifle barrel. Once it comes I'll make a thread for it. Possibly I'll even join the Colt forums to learn more specialized info.

Glock 43. I'm putting Ameriglo sights on it this week. It will be my pocket gun once I get a few hundred rounds through it.

This Terrier arrived yesterday. I’m very pleased; it’s in even better condition than I anticipated. The 70th anniversary of its ship date was last month. Hope I look this good in a few years.

A Springfield Model 1903 rifle, serial number 858XXX, arrived today. I always felt that I needed one, and now I have it. I have about 100 rounds of US military .30-06, and now I just have to find them.
I always wonder who were the men who carried this rifle and what they have seen during their time with it.

In the last week I got a new AR 15 M4 clone and 1500 jacketed 115 gr 9mm bullets about 1200 once fired Federal 9mm cases 2 pounds of appropriate powder for the 9(one Green Dot one Unique) and a 1000 Federal SPPs for 800 bucks..a couple pounds of powder from a local ex-reloader(CFE-223)$25 each and 3 days ago I got 3000 SRPs...2000 Rem 7 1/2s and 1000 Winchester and got a partial box of Remington 125 gr JHP 38/357 bullets.. Was a box of 1000...probably half left. $25. I missed an 8 lb Win 748 powder from the ex reloader darn it. He sold it for 75 bucks. Gotta keep looking guys. There are still a few deals out there if you look for them. No real good buys on guns lately though
