Beautiful gun -- grips are flawless -- tell us the story: where did you find it, etc.

this 68 was 100% and unfired when I got it from a friend in Cherokee NC along with a 70 6" that was BNIB. I call it 98% but only because I have shot it. It realy has no value to a collector because I do not have the original box. The ivory is from David Boone in Washington, they are 1/8" thicker than factory sevice grips because I wanted then to fill my hand better. I have turned down a good bit of money for it because I plan on giving it to my daughter.

Really nice snakes, Tuna. I have a 1974 that is wearing ivories. Not nearly as nice a shape as yours. Grips are starting to mellow out. Just thought I would share these old yellars.

Regards

Bill

My birthyear snake with pachyderms. You are a cruel man to parade this around in front of me!!! Your dotter(Donovans Reef) will love it.
