High Standard Sport King Pics, With new holster!
Picked this up about a year ago and just got round to shooting it. I was impressed, very accurate (for me) and operated flawlessly.
BTW, what holster would I need to look for to fit this gun?
Here are the pics.

Well here is mine & it is a regular shooter. Photos are a little dark & I know I should have written magazines. The fixed sights hit point of aim. About 50 rounds a month to keep it limbered up.

Nice find. I would look for an older period-correct Lawrence holster for it. Assuming your gun has a 6 3/4" barrel, the group code you'd want to look for is the number 5 for a 1950s vintage holster. In other words, the holster would be marked on the back something like this:
25 (holster style)
5 (group code)
HS 6 3/4
A 1960s version of the same holster would be marked with the number 556.
An old Eubanks like this one would be nice, too: Post war vintage iron and leather,a picture thread.

My very 1st pistol was a Hi-Standard Sport King with both barrels. I still have it 58 years later. It still gets shot on occasion and has never needed gunsmithing services in all these years.

Wow! I just did a search and the prices that came back on flebay were way above my holster budget. Those are really really nice holsters though. I appreciate you posting that link back.

Good-looking pistol--I've always liked the lines of the Hi-Standard .22's.

These two have stood the test of time together for 50 + years.

Had to dig this one out from way back in safe, don't see a lot of posts about High Standard.
My "Sport king" passed to me by father, he bought new back in the 50's. Never seen a holster and is about 98%
One of the very first pistols I shot at a very young age.

Just received this hostler from Road Rat. Fits perfect, here a few pics to prove it.
