Hey All,
Not much to report yet, as I have not fired a single round with the new Glock 41....but here are some of my initial observations:
Thin slide! When I purchased this pistol, I was not aware that the frame is identical to a G21, but the slide is actually thinner than a G21 slide.

The slide width on the new G41 is more like the G19/17 series! 14 rounds of 45 ACP in a long slim package!

The front profile of the slide is also very nice, as they gave it the same beveled/rounded treatment as the subcompact Glock gets (vs the blunt slide profile on the G19)

Adjustable rear sight: The first (and only) thing I do to my Glock pistols is replace the sights, but I just may give these sights a chance, as I like the adjustable rear concept. (Although, if anyone can tell me the correct sight specs to put on a 45 long slide....I may replace them with quality steel sights)

Sweet trigger pull: Compared to my Gen4 G26, the trigger pull is very crisp (I know, I know...for a Glock, that is!) and much lighter. Can't wait to see this trigger after firing a few thousand rounds...should get even better!

Well balanced: Feels very smooth and balanced in the hand, and although it comes with a total of 4 backstraps, I will be leaving the frame naked.

Going to try and shoot this beauty in the morning, so will get a REAL report in after that.

Nice piece. When they announced the 41 this year, I started buying a few magazines to get some before I got the pistol. Not in a hurry, Glock almost never discontinues a pistol once they start building them. IIRC the 17L and 24 are the only ones that aren't in regular production, and the 17L seems to be an on again, off again piece. I can wait for a blue label 41.
I do feel the longish Practical/Tactical models are the best Glocks. Now they just need to make the same in 10mm.

Thanks guys!
I just mounted a TLR-1 light on board, with Mepro night sights (adjustable rear) due in tomorrow.

This lovely pistola will reside on nightstand, after range workout.

Range report....soon!
