Default OM Blackhawk Barrel Lengths?

Is there such an animal as a OM Blackhawk .357 with a 7.5" barrel? Flat top w/ 7.5"?

All I find are 4 5/8" and 6.5" in .357, .41 and .44. I have a 7.5" in .30 carbine and love the way it shoots.

Some OM .44 Magnums had 7 1/2" barrels. OM .45 Colts had 4 5/8" and 7 1/2" barrels.

Not to my knowledge. The OM Blackhawk in .357 was usually offered in 6 1/2-inch and 4 5/8-inch lengths.

Ruger briefly offered a 10-inch barrel for the OM .357, but very few were made...something like 850-1200 of them. According to Bill Hamm (a guy who knows a lot about Rugers), this was in 1959. I didn't start shooting Rugers until 1968, and I personally have never seen one of the 10-inch .357s. I suppose they're out there somewhere.

Matter of fact, you can read what Bill Hamm says right here.
