Default couple of blades

One of my hunting buddies really likes these and keeps convincing others they are the cats meow. Just finished these 2 up and the one with the sheep horn handles is for one of his other friends. The red scaled one has dyed and stabilized box elder burl.

By the way these are made from quality German D2 and heat treated to about 61 RC. They will hold a sharp edge really well, but you better not pry with those.

Anvils are cast from brass and I use them for stands when taking pictures.

Yes, they are very similar in shape and size, The sharp fingers don't have a real plunge line though. Myself I am more of a fan of drop points like this one
