Any Ruger Alaskan pics?
I'd love to see any you have, especially if there are any sights, scopes or wood grips installed. Thanks

That Ruger looks a lot better than its longer barrelled brethren. Nice.

I picked up a set of GP-100 standard factory grips to install on my Alaskan, but have never gotten around to it (handy things, these round tuits!). Frankly, the gun is completely comfy to fire with the factory Hogues. Will prolly save these GP-100 grips for a Match Champion, should I buy one.

P.S. White Coyote, thanks for the photos!

That is a gorgeous gun White Coyote. I have always wanted one but my wife says I have too many .44 magnums now. I bet it shoots nice.
Thanks for sharing.

Okay, this isn't a true "Alaskan". My friend Kip bought a 7.5" RSR, he had the barrel trimmed to 2.75", and had the front sight re-set. Then he decided he wanted his SP101 back (which he had traded to me for a FEG Hi Power), so he offered this to me in trade. He offered it knowing full well my weakness for not only snubbies but the .44 Magnum also. He was pretty certain I'd trade, and he was right. I did throw in $100 to make it a little more even, however I still came out way better on my end than he did.
The grip is a Hogue Goncalo Alves, and even with a full-power load is pretty comfortable.
And with the right load, it shoots like a target pistol!
