I saw a really unique .410 today in my LGS. I had never seen one before but I wanted it. Still contemplating the purchase :). the gun seemed to be in very good condition, although the breach to barrel fit was not "cut a hair tight".
This is a picture (from another forum) of one just like the one I saw today. I think it would or could be a handy firearm especially since it can be folded for easy transport.
Any forum members own one??

Saw one of those a few months back at a store in da U.P.
Had not known they existed before that day.

Case hardening on the receiver of the one I saw appeared to have no
wear to speak of.

The H&R Folding Model No. 4 was made from 1928-1936. They came in 12, 16, 20, 28 and 410 gauge. The 410 came in either a large or small frame size. 410 in the small frame was chambered for 2 1/2" shells, while the large frame was chambered for 3" shells. Later models had auto ejecting while the earlier ones did not.

They are pretty neat and I have never seen one in person.
