Default Anyone have experience with the Christensen Arms ARs?

I handled one of the Christensen Arms VTAC rifles the other day and I must say, it felt very nice, perfectly balanced and well built. It's pricey for sure, but once you take a 900-1100 AR and drop in a match trigger, 60 degree safety throw, change out a few things and customize it, it's closing the gap pretty quickly. The carbon fiber wrapped barrel and fore end are new to me as well. Seems to be decent reviews online, but mostly from the dealers or gun sites. Not related to my quest, but the Viking Tactics/Kyle Lamb moose hunt video online, using their 7.62 rifles, was pretty awesome as well.

I'm looking for anyone with personal experience with them...

My experience is admittedly very limited, but we did have one show up for one of John Farnam's classes a couple of years ago. Those classes are high-volume (maybe 1000 rounds in 2 days) and can be a pretty severe test for most any rifle. I have to say I wasn't impressed. Lots of stoppages, it just didn't work very well and not nearly as well as several standard GI-type rifles that had no problems. I don't think you can make much of a decision based on one man's experience with one rifle, but I can say I never had any interest in one after that.
