Scorpion EVO Carbine or AR15 for Range Toy?
Hey folks, I was wondering whether any of you would feel satisfied taking a CZ Scorpion EVO 9mm and shooting that out to 100 yards or rather shoot an AR15? I definitely like the fact the 9mm round is a lot cheaper where the AR is more expensive. What do you all think?

Had the CZ Scorpion and sold it a week later. The thing looks cool as hell, but wasn't fun for me to shoot. If it had a stock I would have kept it. Also the ambi safety digs in to your hand. Need to remove it and buy the plug. Over all I'd buy an AR.

Not into range toys. AR has better and wider use over a overgrown pistol.

AR hands down. Then, when funds are available and you still want the 9mm, buy a 9mm top end for it. Two for one. Then get a 300 blackout....then a 450 bushmaster... you get the idea.
The CZ will always just be that.

While not inexpensive, a 5.56 IWI Tavor Bullpup, and a 9mm conversion kit for it, might be a nice combination.

Wonder how many practice rounds Mr. Miculek goes through per month? I am thinking about as many as a door gunner popped in a year in RVN.
