I got to handle one of these six shot, hammerless, stainless steel revolvers today and liked it. A lot. I liked everything but the price. Do any of you own one? If so, how do you like it?

Have yet to see one in person. I have been interested in the K6 but all the Shops I visit have no news on when they will even get one. I did come across the 640 Pro Series last week. First time I have ever seen the Pro in person so I went ahead and bought it.

My son had a S&W 640 Pro for a short while. It was a nice revolver but vicious to shoot with heavy loads.

I thought it was very similar to the Kimber.

Hmmm. I really dislike DA's and the heavy trigger pull. Throws my aim way off. I guess I need to practice more on revolvers.

Have yet to see/handle one. I'm sure it's a fine piece, but with an MSRP of $900, it's above my pay grade. I'll have to muddle thru with my homely little Model 49 J frame.

Was waiting to check out one of those guns and then got my hands on a LCR.38 and purchased it. I like it.

Have not seen that Kimber in this area or talked with any LGS or person that has seen one in person. I do have some room in the safe so who knows what will happen if a LGS finely gets them in.

Price is a bit high, but I'm a person that will pay a bit more for a good meal at a restaurant, so if its that good it might follow me home.:)

Looked at one of the Kimbers at the NRA show. I really though I would love to own one until I got my hands on the gun. Polish and fit of the gun at the NRA show was super but after looking and playing with it, it is a long way from all these S&W guns I have spent 35 years with and I though is was overpriced. Just my thoughts, but I solved my itch with 5 minutes of looking. Not for me at that price although I love Kimber products.
