Ontario knife

Their were @7 (If I remember correctly) with Camillus and Ontario being the primary ones.

I'm on my way to the farm this morning, if one of the others hasn't posted them when I get home, I'll round up a list.

Someone riveted a piece of leather on the back for a belt loop. The leather on the sheath is in pretty bad shape. Wish I could find a regular sheath that fits it.
Peace,
Gordon

Gordon, you do know you can order the sheaths on-line, right?

I acquired several new/old stock Camillus made Air Force Survival Knives a couple of years ago. They are all dated to 1984 and the sheath is dated on all of these.

I got my new one, and there is no date on the sheath.
So.....
If the sheaths are not stamped until they are accepted for military service, are the dates manufacturing dates? Or acceptance dates?

BTW, the knife is marked "3-11 ONTARIO".
