Do any of you own a CZ 2075 rami bd if so what are your thoughts about them or CZ in general I have never owned one
but I like the sa/da format also like hammer fire over striker fire
the CZ rami bd is the right size I have all the M&P's F/S Compact
and Shield and 3913 but interested in the CZ 2075 bd.

I don't have a RAMI. I do have a CZ75 BD and the CZ 75 BD PCR compact. Both are great pistols. The PCR is my daily carry gun.

I just go one. It is stout, heavy and thick. Make sure you like that feeling before you commit. I do. The controls are stiff. I have been polishing a little bit to smooth a few things. I think for a practical and very durable all metal pistol, hard to beat. But compared to a lot of the guns these days, it's a chunk. Very mild recoil.

I have two Ramis - a 9mm and a .40. The .40 is no longer being produced. Neither is the decocker model, though. Those tend to be scarce. The triggers on mine are both nice and smooth. I shoot the 9mm well, but the .40 is a bit of a handful.

I really like CZs and their clones. They are just about my favorite handguns.

As stated, this is a smallish but heavy pistol. It is not thin. I carry the .40 in a pocket holster. It's not really a pocket gun, but it fits in my jeans pocket nicely. Can't carry it in dress pants pockets, though. I have an Alien Gear cloak tuck for when I need to carry it IWB.

I just got one--a BD. The decocker model. I love it.

It shoots really, really well. And not just "really well for a small gun." It shoots really well... period.

In terms of groups, it gives me results on par with my Beretta 92 Compact, my PX4cc and my 6904. I consistently shoot all three of those pistols very well, and the RAMI hangs right in there. I tend to like pistols with short, fat grips... and that little Czech chunk fits the bill.

I had one FTFeed in the very first magazine I put through it (last round; which I guess isn't uncommon in the first mag). And since then, it's been about 350 rounds of flawless function, and making fellow range goers jealous with torn-out bullseyes.

The gun also carries very well in a simple neoprene Blackhawk holster, at the appendix position. The grip does is short enough so it does not print, even without a super-duper AIWB holster.

No Rami, but I have recently acquired a CZ PCR and am more than impressed. It does remind me of a Browning HP, and that is a compliment. Although not my EDC, it is very accurate and a pure pleasure to shoot. I bought a holster so I can carry it, but it is currently at my gunsmith being fitted with a threaded barrel.

I have a RAMI and have been carrying it since 2006. It goes bang every time and has several thousand rounds through it. Mine does not have the decocker. I shot it yesterday at the range at a 12 inch steel plate that I use at 50 yards. Yes that little compact is that accurate that it will consistently ring the gong at 50 yards. I have replaced a few parts over the years but is still a reliable gun. The only issue I have had is the grip plate screws have rusted on one side from sweating during carry. Bottom line is it is a great carry pistol buy it.

I had a Rami I had nothing but trouble with it. Before you buy one you might want to Google CZ Rami feed issues

I had the feed problems you talk about. The fix for mine was new, very strong
magazine springs in both the 10 round and 14 round mags.
Solved the problem, 1800+ rounds without a hick-up and counting.

I have also found that my RAMI BD is an excellent-shooting gun. Whenever I want more rounds than my M&P 340 has, I'll carry the RAMI.
With a fully-loaded 10 round magazine, it's about 30 ounces.

I also had a feeding problem with the 14 round magazine and also solved it with a stronger spring.

I also had a 75D Compact PCR and was the nicest feeling gun that I'd ever had in my hand but the sights on the PCR aren't anywhere as good as the sights on the RAMI. I didn't like how much brass ended up in my face with the PCR as I've NEVER had to put up with that when shooting the RAMI. Rather than spend the money at Cajun Gun Works or CZ Custom to fix everything that I didn't like about the PCR... I just sold it and kept the RAMI because there's nothing that I'd improve with that gun.
