A friend’s father had a Trapper Model 6” .22 revolver when I was a kid, he said it was made for shooting animals in traps. I ran across this Hunter Model at the Tulsa show, it was priced fairly and in very good shape for its age- apparently they only made this model for several years in the 1920’s.
I even have a bunch of German low power .22 long cartridges that should be perfect for it. And of course it came with a holster. Now if I could only see that thin brass front sight way down at the end of that 10” barrel...
