Default Kimber K6S DA/SA

I just picked up my new Kimber DA/SA K6S. After Carefully inspecting the Piece, I can't find anything Negative to say. The OTB Trigger in DA,and SA feels Great, similar to my tuned M66-3 S&W. I also like the Recessed Cylinder. Although it is rated for 357, it would probably be better to use 38spl +p for the Range.
Fit and finish is excellent. I think that this is going to be the beginning of a beautiful Friendship. Please excuse the poor Photography.

I have been interested in the Kimber and new Colt Cobra for my new HD revolver. Will be interested in how you like it after a range trip..

Good luck with it! I have the regular DAO model. I bought it two years ago and carry it as me LEOSA gun. The quality is very good, reminds me of s&w quality of years ago. Holsters are becoming easy to find now. The speedloaders are kind of costly, hks ones for the colt detective special work pretty good in 38 special ammo, magnum rounds the speedloader gets hung up a little on the edge of grip. One other thing, if you plan on changing grips at all, ive heard that the grips for the original k6s will not fit the dasa model. Dont know what the issue is but ive seen it listed on Altamonts website. Stay safe!
