Have you seen these yet? I just saw them a couple weeks ago. The SP-101 comes with pretty great Lett stocks from the factory, but aftermarket has been kind of weak and these sure look interesting to me. I understand they plan to make different textures and colors.I used to pack a 66-4 for out on the range, now I like the sp101 4". Adjustable sights and a little longer sighting radius are nice for outdoor carry. I have a 60-9 3" for when I want to go really light. I do like after market grips on the sp101.
Do those Hogue grips cut perceived recoil a lot? (See first post.)
I had the same gun and it had a magnificent trigger job and was a joy to shoot. At the range where I work, there is a well qualified lady starting a series of classes on handgun basics and she lacked a revolver. My Ruger filled the bill perfectly. I miss that gun but it is now put to a much better purpose. One tip for your front sight that helped me a lot,
