Default Korth 22lr: Is this caused by Dry-Firing?

Bought an early Korth 22lr Revolver. I am wondering if this burr has been caused by dry-firing or if this is simply a tooling mark?

Looks like some sort of machine mark. I believe the firing pin hits the case at 12 or 6 o'clock. There would be firing pin dents on all holes. We need a picture of the whole gun, welcome to the Korth .22 club. Larry

Is that black electrical tape on the cylinder to prevent turn ring?

Nice revolver. I just picked up a Korth 3" Mongoose last month. These older ones look addictive as well.

Thanks for sharing,

Yes, just electric tape to prevent the turn ring.

Haven't gotten the Mongoose. How does it shoot and feel?

What do the numbers on the cylinder represent?

Ya, don't want the cylinder getting saggy when it gets older.
