Default Treated myself to a Veterans Day present

I’ve owned a few Randall’s over the years and ended up selling them to fund various things, an N frame here and there, tennis bracelet for the wife, etc. They were all safe queens and sold for way more than I paid. Lately I’ve been looking for another one; one that I can carry and not worry about getting beat up. I’ve also always wanted a boot knife and when one of the Randall Tri-Athletes came up here in the classifieds a couple years ago, I was smitten. I missed that one, but kept it in the back of my mind. I was watching this one on the big auction site for the last few days and saw that it ended today, on Veterans Day. I thought that was fitting, so I pulled the trigger on it. With boot carry, I think it should be pretty well protected.

Unfamiliar with this particular model but it sure looks slick. Thinking maybe I need one myself...very cool

Nice score! Congrats on the purchase. I was watching that one along with a few others today as well.
