Since the picture (Simply follow the link) comes from a review of the Langdon "Striker control device", which is specific to Glock applications, I would have to assume it is a Glock factory sight!

that doesn't look like a glock, i think you'll find out what sight it is if you are able to determine the gun


edit: it's the ruger max 9 sight
