Several years ago, I went into a local gun store. The owner knows I am into older revolvers. He had a Dan Wesson revolver with several barrels. He also had some extra grips and sights and tools. I asked about the case. He said it was from an estate and that was all they had found. There was no grip blank or patch or belt buckle. We worked out a price, with me wanting money deducted for the missing case. I think we were both happy. I went back into the store several weeks later. He said he had something for me. He went into the back and came out with the missing case. He said the estate had found it, and bought it in. He gave it to me, no charge. I was very inpressed. He could have sold it somewhere else or tried to change me for it. It is a good store with a good owner. I have definitely tried to throw him some business. The point of all this is that I have ended up with a Dan Wesson Pistol Pac, but no key for the lock. I took it to a local locksmith and he could not help. I think the key is the same for all of them. I was hoping someone who know if that was true, and a source for keys? Thank you very much for any advice or suggestions.
