Default CZ 75D grip project

I was hoping to try a set of Hogue finger groover grips on my CZ 75D PCR. Alas, Hogue does not make the rubber overmolded grips for this pistol. All that they offer is a grip sleeve. I ordered one and it arrived today.

I'm hoping to cut out the side panels of the Hogue grip sleeves, leaving enough at the top and the bottom so that I can slip it over on the CZ (with VZ Grips removed) so that the front and back of the CZ grip is covered. I will then replace the VZ grips over the "skeletonized" Hogue rubber grips. Ideally, this will give me the rubber finger grooves that I'm hoping for. At $14, not too much of a waste if it doesn't work.

If it does work, I will post pictures of the finished project.

Check out Lok grips.

They do not have a fingergroove grip but they have several styles. I like the palm swell grips.

I have a PCR and it is my new EDC.

I second on the lock grips. I have a pair of the palm swell grenade grip on my CZ75 SP01 and they feel great. I have a pair of the Hogue wrap around also but I don’t have the D versiob gun.

I love my PCR. I have VZ grips on it currently. I checked out LOK grips right after purchasing my PCR. I wasn’t familiar with them at the time so I went with VZ. They were what I was familiar with. I wish I had gone with LOK grips.

The all steel Cz-75 begs for some nice wood grips! I bought some simple checkered walnut grips for mine on Ebay for about 30 bucks and they look and feel excellent!

Wood grips look good on the alloy frame CZ 75D PCR as well. There are Pachmayr grips.
