Snuck in at the end of the year after the 10 day wait in Washington - I just made it... :)

Found out about this little guy in the later part of December, really took a shine to it, a nice take apart 9MM carbine that also takes Glock mags (in addition to Ruger mags (of which I have none).

To me, the factory stock added a little extra weight that wasn't handy for me, so I ordered this Magpul version, I'm very happy with the package, now I need to find a small two section carry bag (if anyone has a suggestion I'd love to hear about it).

Took it to the indoor range yesterday and found it to be a pretty good shooter, low recoil (of course as it's just a 9MM), shooting out to 25 yards was minute of man accurate (kept them all in the 4" bullseye shooting off-hand), maybe even better in the hands of others.

Enjoy.............

How much weight does the Magpul stock take off? Mine is mainly a bench gun and a home closet weapon.

I did not weigh it, but my guess be a couple pounds, maybe it's just my perception.... One of these days I'll take the Magpul off and weight it side by side with the stock Ruger stock and will post the information.

Like the color. Kind of flat earth shade? looks good and sturdy from here. Some of these synthetics/carbons are growing on me. Good luck with it.

The Ruger PC carbine is a great little rifle. My son (who manages several local gun stores/ranges) has owned and shot one since they first came out. One of my best friends also bought one for home defense since it would use the same magazines as his pistol. Very accurate and dependable. I'd probably have one too if I wasn't so fond of my SIG MPX. Enjoy!

I stopped at a small estate sale a couple of weeks ago and they had lots of bags for very little money. I bought a small black bag with the name of some travel company on it to carry my few tools when I am on the road for car dealers. It would also carry a large handgun and numerous magazines.

I had one with the M-Lok front Handguard, great gun but way too front heavy.

Sold it, and picked up one of the new ones with the installed Magpul stock. The balance and quality is great with the Magpul stock. So handy and such a fun gun to shoot!
