First time with this pistol, it's the striker fired variant of the hammer fired Grand Power I own. Have to say the trigger excellent, and recoil with 115 gr Blazer Brass very mild. With 124 gr Blazer Brass there is a bit more going on. The point of aim moves up a bit, either that or I wasn't applying enough 6 o'clock with my first shots. See first target.

The second and third targets are 3" sticky spots. I am also messing with my grip. Anything marked TF is with my thumbs forward. That doesn't always work for me. I'm also very good at spoiling a nice five shot group with a flyer. I'm at an indoor range, so I blame the guy at the next station with an AR.;)

EDITED TO ADD:

ALL SHOOTING OFFHAND UNSUPPORTED

You were getting along pretty well with those first two targets, then changing your grip must have messed with your concentration on target 3. If you’re like me, it doesn’t take much! :D And I don’t need an AR-15 next door to do a flyer. I can do it all by myself - especially if I get a glimpse of the target and those first four look pretty good. :D

I’ve never heard of that pistol and had to look it up on the www. It looks like a couple years ago it was pretty much half the price of what it is now, if you can find one. Thanks for showing us that one.

I started mucking about with my grip because I shot one pistol today that didn't seem to do well in a thumbs down grip. I did manage this group near the end of my session at 10 yards using 115 gr. This was thumbs down, offhand, unsupported. I'm not too upset with my accuracy given that my last range trip was in March.

I just picked up last month the P11Mk12, compact version of the da/sa hammer fired Grand Powers. It is good to hear others are interested in th brand.

I also have a Grand Power P11MK12. Super neat pistol, very accurate. Small package, 12 round magazines.
If by chance you are interested in reducing the height of the gun for concealment by getting rid of the big base plate on the magazine, a base plate from a CZ75 works great. I am talking about one of the thin metal ones.
