Default Detonics at LGS

For anyone with interest I spotted a beautiful Detonics .45 at the LGS / Gunsmith shop. Comes with original soft pouch, spare mags and wood grips. Owner says he knows the original owner who turned it it and he shot very few rounds through it deciding it was too heavy to carry. If anyone wants the location send me a PM. Price is $1,500 but knowing the shop I’m sure there is some wiggle room.
PS. The marks on the slide below ejection port in photo are just oil spots. It’s clean. The suede pouch it’s sitting on is mine not the one that goes with it.

Again if anyone is interested PM me for the info on the gunsmiths shop. I don’t want to run afoul of any restrictions on posting.

A coworker bought one of those in stainless years ago. We took it to the range. I was prepared for it to be junk. Wrong! It functioned flawlessly, and was accurate at 25 yards shooting from the bench..
