I'd be more worried about lost fingers with that crazy hot 80,000psi cartridge the NGSWs are chambered in.

It's going to be interesting to see just how well these new rifles perform and what sort of service life can be expected of them firing such explosively hot ammunition, and whether the military will decide to continue fielding that cartridge in the aftermath, or convert them all to 7.62x51 NATO and cut their losses if the round ends up being too hot for the rifles — and troops — to handle long-term.
