Default Thanks to Member “cndrdk”

I must share a recent interaction with Forum Member Ronnie (cndrdk).
A couple of weeks ago there was a thread about an N Frame Tyler T grip going for outrageous money on a popular auction site. I posted that I had watched the listing at $56 thinking I might go to $75 but by then it was over $150 so…. Never mind …. At end of listing it was over $400 !!!!!!
I had just refinished a set of magna stocks for my model 28. I thought it needed a T grip to complete the package. I received a PM from Ronnie who offered me a new in box vintage Tyler T. He advised my cost shipped would be…. Please sit down now …. ZERO. I couldn’t type my response fast enough.
A subsequent message about shipping indicated he had found a set of K/L round stocks he had come across that were like modified banana grips that someone had put finger groves in. He had inserted medallions in them then put them away. He said he would throw them in the box !!!! Upon receipt I found a Herretts sticker on the back. They were modified but very well done. I offered return trades or at least postage reimbursement. All declined. I told Ronnie I had to share this story. So here it is with photos.
Is this Forum great or what ? Thanks again Ronnie.

Some very generous people here, with their money, and their time.
