Very nice OP. I have never had a Randall either, and I have always wanted one. I just can't seem to get past Ka-bar fighting knives for value. But my eyes are open.

Nice knife & revolver.
I've been a fan of Randall knives for better than 45 years. I've owned three - gifted my 1st to nephew currently serving with the 5th SFG - still have the other two and they get used every deer season.
Yes Sir, there's just "something" about a Randall knife.

I am so lucky. My older brother passed away a couple of years ago from fighting Parkinson's for 20+ years. He was a big custom knife collector in the later years but collected many commercial knives as well in the earlier collecting years. He left me a considerable number of custom and commercial knives and among them were 7 Randal's.

Your post reads a little different than what I am sure what you mean.

I'm sure your nephew really appreciates the Randall knife. Which model did you give him? All of my guns and knives will go to my son and his 3 sons(my grandsons) at some point. If they weren't here, I probably wouldn't bother buying guns or knives.

I'm sorry for the loss of your brother. Parkinson's is a terrible disease. I'm new to custom knives but Randall knives definitely have a great reputation and history. Thanks for sharing.

It's already very sharp. I'd say there's about a 50/50 chance or more, that I will actually use it.
