E series in my humble opinion has a terrible trigger....long and heavy.....so if you give up on the CSX e series then which Sig Sauer equiv handgun would you consider.....???????? for everyday all day cc

Have an Sig 365 Tac PAC and want to transition to the 365 X Macro because I want to add a mag well to it. Few rounds more and just like the look of the X macro. The 365 has a nice trigger pull and the recoil seems manageable, Larry

You’re talking two completely different guns.

The E Series is aluminum alloy frame with a single action trigger. Which I’m willing to bet is better than any 365.

It’s received great reviews on line. But you need to be the judge.

The P290RS has a long DAO trigger.

Exactly why the P290RS was recommended. With the 239 you get the best of both worlds- full DAO at rest for actual safety and a precise SA by either
manually cocking for the first shot and automatically for subsequent shots. The OP asked about equivalent EDC capable Sigs and those models are both very capable.

Years ago I picked up a Sig P239. Gun show find. Had Tritium sights installed. Never got around to carrying it. They are not the "current fad" Bob

365 Model Differences can drive you crazy!
After a fair amount of brainstorming , got a X and a X Macro.
17 round X Macro Mag backward compatible with 12 round X Mag.
X Macro on top, X on bottom with 17 Round Mag,
