Is it a spur trigger type or does it have a trigger guard? Stevens made quite a few different models over the years of production and, like their rifles, it is not easy to tell the difference between some of the models. Especially since many were not marked with a model number. Here's a link to an article that may help: https://americansocietyofarmscollectors.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/2002-B86-Stevens-Tip-Ups.pdf
As for finding parts, not easy. You can try the usual suspects: Poppert's, Gun Parts, Jack First et al. Best bet may be to keep an eye out on Ebay.
Is the barrel markings in two lines? I believe that your gun dates from the 1886-1916 period.
I've owned a couple of the inexpensive target models with the longer barrels and they both were good shooters. Still have one of them.
Good luck with your search.

it is a spur trigger
tHANK YOU JOHN, i BELIEVE THAT I HAVE A MODEL 41 POCKET PISTOL IN 22 SHORT , FROM WHAT THE ARTICAL you posted described Now i can start looking for the parts.
Thanks for the help in saving this peice of history

TIMETRIPPER, Thanks for posting that link. I have an old Stevens tip-up pistol, that I believed to be a model 35. Thanks to the info in the link you posted, I think my pistol is an Offhand Target Model 35. It also has the two line "J. STEVENS ARMS CO.", likely produced toward the end of production for this model in 1916.

And Walter o, hope you can find those parts to save your piece of history.

Rock, that tip up is exactly like mine. I would like to find a model 41 like Walters too. They do show up at local auctions and shows and are usually not too expensive.
Its best not to use high velocity ammo in these old tip ups. I only shoot shorts or sub sonic long rifles in my 35.

Numrich lists some parts for the #41
They show a couple of different hammers, one out of stock.
One looks like it's maybe n unfinish machined hammer(?).
A trigger on page 1 out of stock, but then a trigger on pg2 that is in stock.

Not unlike Numrich to do that.

The Stevens pistols can be a confusing bunch.
IIRC the #41 & #43 share the same hammer & trigger & some small parts.
