My PM box says it's full-how do I get rid of them, and how do I keep from accumulating them? Thank you.

The messages have a checkbox on right end.
Check those.

At bottom right of page, see: Selected Messages:
Choose Delete from the drop down menu.
Click Go
Selected Messages: Move to folder... Delete Mark as read Mark as unread Download as XML Download as CSV Download as TEXT Deselect All Messages
