Don't let it bother you.
There's a difference between Infractions and Reminders. They both generally expire after 90-180 days, but the record of it stays on file forever. FYI, you've never received an infraction (points).

One other thing, the only people that can see that you have received a reminder or an infraction are you and the forum staff. Any regular member visiting your profile cannot see them.

I read the information provided on "Reminders and Infractions" but I have another question, if I may: when I look at my personal information, there is a tab labeled "Infractions." In this tab, I have three infractions that had no points when issued and have expired.
In one sense, it doesn't matter, since there were no points, and no one else can see them, but it does beg the question: is there actually a "reminder" (labeled as such) or are there just infractions, and the ones with no points are just considered as reminders?

Reminders used to be call warnings but "warning" had a bad connotation to it so Lee changed it to read "reminder". If I remember correctly from my time as a moderator, reminders carried no points whereas infractions were worth points. The number of points assessed was based on the seriousness of the infraction.
