He wants to see a picture of your screen so he can see what is up.

Mike,
It's possible that you inadvertently changed your forum skin settings in your User CP. If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and look on the left, you'll see a pop-up menu block that allows you to temporarily change the forum display style. When you click on it, you'll see the heading, "Quick Style Chooser". Experiment with different styles and pick one that you like.

FYI - I prefer "S&W Forum - Dark Blue Large Font. To lock in a particular style, click on "User CP" (blue bar under the header) and then click "Edit Options" (on the left). Scroll down and you'll find it. After you select the one you like, scroll down to the bottom and click "Save Changes". While you're in there, make sure you set the option to display 50 threads per page. It saves a lot of time when scanning the board.

Screen Shot:
  1. Press Alt key and Print Screen key simultaneously
  2. Open Paint
  3. Click Paste
  4. Save file as a .jpg (You need to name it too; the one below is TestScreenShot.jpg)
  5. Upload it to the Forum in the usual way

Mike,
Try logging off the forum, clearing your browse history/temp files/cookies and logging back in. If you haven't turned off your computer in a while, it's probably smart to do a restart.

Hello Chad, I fixed it back to normal. Everything was on my end.
Sorry for confusion. Best, Mike
