Default Clock issue

Came into the forum today for the first time since yesterday. The forum showed me having nothing unread. The time on my laptop was 0811 today, which matches my phone. The forum software showed my last visit as 0823 today. I made a reply to a string and the forum said my replay was at 0837, but my laptop and phone both said it was far earlier.

What the what?

This comes up quite often. It seems the forum servers are not synced to UTC/Internet time like most home computers. It is what it is.

We are just so far ahead of other forums, our posts appear 14 minutes into the future.

This is why I don't use the forum as an egg timer.
