I just got this same ad with a soundtrack 30 times in a row.
CheapCaribbean Budget Beach Finder!
I reported it to google each time, but it still continues.
This has been going on for months and it's the only ad I've ever seen here with a soundtrack.
I listen to music when I work the forum and it shuts down my Sirius app. This garbage needs to stop...

Part of the problem may be that it only seems to be affecting certain members. For example, I have never seen the ads and if many members were, there would undoubtedly be more reports. One thing you might try is setting your browser to not allow pop-up ads.

The 'Notifications' area of many browsers is another route. It is how the McAfee pop-ups get into your machine after a malicious script changes the notifications settings to allow their insertion. Here is the fix for Firefox.

This only started when I joined as a supporting member.
I'm logging in on my wife's desktop PC to see if I get the audio ad there too. I rarely use a PC.

Just a thought...
On my iPad, the same Google ad (with the loud audio) sometimes appears with no audio. The ad appears the same.
Seems inconsistent.
