Favorite Sci-Fi TV series

When I was a kid I really liked the Battlestar Galactica and IMO the new series kicked major tail too.

"Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" and "Firefly". The colection of ordinance on Firefy was was truly wide ranging.

+1 for MST3K!:D

I always liked the Star Trek's, all of them, but I have the entire series DVDs of my favorite and it is behind my continued quest for an FN P90:rolleyes:.... Stargate: SG-1.

Atlantis was pretty good too.

Lost
Science Fiction Theater (oldie)
Star Trek Next Generation
Eureka
Adventures of Superman
The Outer Limits (old and new)

As a kid I was a huge fan of the original Star Trek, but now Shattner just annoys me.

Here's another vote for Lost In Space.

I love the Family Guy take off on LIS.

"Major, you go with my nubile teenage daughter Judy. Robot and Will, you go out into the wilderness with the mincing pedophile."

My screen name is actually derived from my favorite original LIS series 1st season B&W episode, "War of the Robots".

1. Firefly
2. X-files - because Scully is capable of pulling the bullets out of live ammo with her bare hands.
3. Enterprise - a good concept but killed by horrible writers. I mean even the female lead called the finale' "expletive deleted appalling".

"Babylon 5" - People used to talk to the producer in usenet when the show was on. The episodes with "Morden", "Lando" and "Vir" were the best.

"Dr Who" - I first started watching the b&w episodes on WTTW in Chicago in the '60s. Back then, it was 1/2 hour long.

1) Star Trek (the original)

2) Fringe

3) Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles (unfortunately, now cancelled)
