I know that I can't be the only one here that has one of these fine holsters for my beloved S&W. So if you all would be so kind lets see some of your Simply Rugged rigs. Here is my Simply Rugged with my M10.

Is that ammo pouch done by Simply Rugged as well? Or is that a vintage carrier of some sort? Do you carry loose rounds in it or a speed strip? One of my local pawn shops has two of 'em in a kinda tan color. I thought about picking them up, but they look as if they would only work on a 2.25" wide duty belt, which I no longer have to wear.

Thank God!

This is for a 4 inch 21-4 CCH

bsaride,
That is a beautiful holster. If you don't mind me asking how much did it set you back? I am looking for a floral holster like that for a Colt officers model. Thanks
Dave

Don't got pictures, but I have one just like the OP's for a six inch N frame and a silver dollar pancake for my J-frame snubbies.

Just plain ol brown.

I think I have about $300 into it, but that includes a knife sheath (no pic). Sent Rob the knife (5 inch Remington bought on eBay.Au) and got back a perfect fit sheath.

Glock 'em down that is a old double dump pouch from my fathers duty belt. I like it better than the various double speed loader pouches as it is more slim and it don't jut out from my belt. Besides when I'm out in the woods a hasty reload is not a major concern for me. bsaride that is some beatiful leather you got there.

I thought so. Doesn't it slide around a lot on that Wilderness belt, though? I mean...the pouch is for a 2.25" belt, right? And your Wilderness belt is 1.75" wide, right?

Rob makes a nice product for the money.

I try to plug Simply Rugged every chance I get. They sure do work and that floral carving is great!

I haven't had a problem with it sliding around, it stays put when the belt is tightend.

Here's my 625-6 in one.

I've got them for 4" N, 3"N, 4"K, 3"K, and 2"J.

Yes, they rock.

Sadly, he's not doing black anymore. Said it takes too long. I like the 4" holsters best. They sit a bit differently from the 3" ones.

Do the 3 inch holsters ride higher or lower than the 4 inchers?

Well, I just did an actual comparison. The 3" N is about a quarter inch higher than the 4"N, but the 3" K is some 3/8" lower than the 4" k. In both cases, though, the lower ones are the older, thinner black ones and the higher are the newer, thicker cordovan ones. So maybe that's the difference. In actual order of comfort, I would subjectively rank them
1. 4"N
2. 4"K
3. 3"K...essentially a tie with #2
4. 3"N...this combo doesn't feel nearly as good on me as the others for some reason.

But I'm a skinny little joker. YMMV.

Simply Rugged makes fine holsters. I have one of the pancakes, for a 4" N, that can also double as an IWB holster.

I ordered my 2" j-frame holster with the conversion straps for IWB. For $10.00 more you get "an extra holster".

Here's my pancake with my Pre 27 3 1/2". I also carry my 3" 24-3 in it. It fits so comfortably, I forget I have it on. I carry my 24-3 in it when Prairie Dog shooting in case of rattlers. I have twice forgotten it was on and went into town. No one seemed to notice or care. (Small town in So. Dakota).
