Hi, guys and gals. I would like to start this picture thread to pay tribute to our very own Patrick Grasshorn AKA Executioner. Patrick is a master craftsman and a super guy to deal with. I am very proud to call Patrick a friend. So here are some of my Grasshorn grips. Lets see yours.
Here is my model 15,65 and 625 sporting Executioners great looking Elk grips.

Don't have a pic to post, but that's because I just got my first set of Patrick's grips about an hour ago and am still trying to decide what to put them on. I must say though, that I am impressed with their quality and appearance. Thanks again Patrick.

Ken,
that is a great shot of the bottom. Could you possibly put up a shot of the bottom of both those, and standard magnas side by side? Also, the same two sets from behind?

I have large hands, and while magnas look good on my 24-3, they just aren't practicle for me to shoot with. Patrick told me via e-mail once that he can make his wider, so I was curious what they would look like side by side.

Thanks,
Tim

Tim, I would be happy to do that, but am away from my safe/guns. Those pictures I put up were taken probably a year ago or so. I have pretty big hands too, and these grips feel great to me compared with magnas.

Ken,

Thanks for the quick reply. I was just hopin'.........

They sure do look good on your gun. I talked to him about making me some without any bark. I like the slight purplish look against the bluing, of the barkless elkhorn. Man, if he could only make them like that for the N frame with the same shape and style as Kurac does, he'd sell 'em faster than he could make 'em. In my opinion, they would look a lot nicer than Ivory does.

Maine moose stags

Ha, I've got you guys beat. I had this Maine moose antler laying around for several years. I finally contacted Patrick and asked about the possibility of having him make me a set of stocks from it. After sending him the antler, he thought he could get 2-3 sets of stocks from it. I told him to send me a set of N frames and he could keep the rest.

My stocks went from this:

Mike, contact Patrick and he'll work with you. He'll make the grips fat, slim, smooth, any level of bark, etc etc.
Patrick is great to work with, he's not happy with the finished product until you are.
