a bit frustrating... but I am sure the popularity of the M&P has over loaded their expectations...

took over 9 weeks to recieve the clips that were the wrong ones! A little pissed i sent smith and wesson an email to see if they would respond without calling them. Bam, responce was given and a shipping print out. sent back mags 1 week later, shipping time, my mags were here! Smith and Wesson will take care of you. The rebate is done by another company for S&W so you dont get the fast service.

On that same note...
I had an issue with a 45c mag when I purchased my 45c.
I called them and we discussed it... and they shipped out a new spring no charge...
Of course, I was happy... Mag works now.
