Most guys know I am a revolver fan, I own semi-autos and I shoot them and may carry one CCW but I like the feel of a revolver. My small CCW will be a 642 w/o lock. However since I have afew K frames I may decide to carry one now and again, probably a 19, 66 or model 15. Though I did see a gentalman on Sunday who was carrying a 6 inch K frame in a cross draw holster. N Frames are to big for me to carry. But I do like my model 19 2.5 and feel comfortable with it.

I have a 3 inch model 13 I like too but I will have to order a holster for it.

I frequently carry a 4 in 67-1 SB in one of Lobo's newest IWB holsters. It has the belt clip relocated rearward a couple inches so it doesn't add bulk at the cylinder location. Has a hammer shield for my skins sake, and is made of horsehide which is a little thinner than cowhide and horsehide is less affected by perspiration (think summer in GA, 90+degrees and 90+ % humidity). Seems to work fine. I can even carry one of my 10 or 12 snubbies in the same holster but Ray warnes that this could allow for the barrel channel to collapse. A piece of wooden dowel may help here.

I requalified yesterday with my 2.5" 66-2, among other guns. It doesn't get any better than that in a concealable carry gun, IMO of course. I love my 2.5" 19-4 too, but its getting to valuable to risk! ;)

Good luck with your decision! All the revolvers you mention are excellent choices. Regards 18DAI

My everyday carry is a Model 66-2 with 2.5" bbl.......

Shown below in a Mernickle Cross-Draw Holster, which is the only way I've carried it with the expection of pocket carry now & again.
For that I use a Mika Pocket Holster.

Spring/summer I go with a J frame in the front pocket. Fall/winter gets a 19, or 66 on the belt.

I carried my 66-0 2.5 " for a long time in a varity of IWB OWB holsters. It is now semi retired since they're increasing in value. I replaced it as my EDC with a 3" Ruger SP101.

Like many here...

I have 66 snub for IWB/OWB carry..

and a 340 M&P for IWB or pocket carry.

Love the 66 the best, but not always easy to effectively conceal (when around those who are huggy, etc..)

If you can find one, my favorite CCW K Frame is a M12 snubbie. Bring 'em back S&W

Out of all the guns I own, I only routinely carry only two. 90% of the time it's my 2" Chief's Special M60-7, and the other 10% it's my 3" M65 (stainless version of your M13). The M65 only gets carried when I feel the need for the heavier 357 Mag's because it makes no sense to me to carry extra weight and bulk just to load it with one more round of the same 38 Special ammo.

Just MHO of course.

I have a variety to choose from, but my M65 3-inch is one of my favorites to carry.

I also have a nickel M19 2.5-inch which is pretty, but prefer my carry guns with fixed sights.

Holsters for the 3-inch K-Frames can be hard to find, but the Galco Combat Master shown with my M19 would work pretty well for both lengths with just a minimum of barrel protruding from the bottom of the holster.

I use the Galco Combat Master for my 19 2.5" and a 3" 65 fits very well and the bbl just peeking out the bottom of the holster.

Great holster my favorite high ride, in summer especially.

I have used both a 3" Model 64 and a 2.5 inch 66 as conceal carry guns. Both work very well for concealed carry.

I had a 19-4 snub that I foolishly traded away. I am in the process now of trading for a Model 64 snub. I have plenty of options but its hard to beat the feel of a K frame snub.
