Still issues with the 50rd Drum..... but 8 outa 9 Mags i dumped... FULL AUTO...
My wrist is sore.... so think I was OVER thinking the BIG Drums....
Gunna try some 9mmm Pistols tomorrow and then BACK to AR on Friday

Are you sure the follower isn't off in the drum? I had to take mine apart and re-set it; else it would occasionally drag. It is easy to do - just take the main bolt out of the middle and the two ear flanges. Then you can wind it like you are going to load - the follower pops out. You can re-align it.
When you look at the follower, it is an orange piece with an elastic string. On the elastic string are plastic bullet shapped objects. The string goes through each bullet and sits in a groove within the drum. Each plastic bullet has two holes - one made large enough to hold the string and the other to be the "last bullet" so you can thread the string through it. What I did was put the string in the "thread the string through it" hole all the way up until the last one. This forced the plastic follower and bullets to push towards the front of the drum, removing any drag.
Out of the box, the drum was fine. After 15 mag dumps, I had to re-adjust the drum.
