ProMag Order

Well that is concerning- why are people who ordered after me getting shipping notices and I got nothing:confused:
My order is shown on their site as processing since 1-21, 4ea 32 rounders.:(

I'm in the same boat as you. 2 ordered on 1-18 for me. I am sure they are overwhelmed with the amount of orders and hopefully we get ours soon.

I ordered 3 on Jan 8th and still haven't received them. I sent an email but haven't gotten a response, not very good customer service. I don't understand why people that ordered them a few weeks ago are getting them but I'm not. Do they run a last in first out inventory system? Seriously, there doesn't seem to be any logic to when they are shipping them.

You guys are a joke. Way too high expectations, and complaining way too fast. Get over yourself.

Bottom line, the industry is completely overwhelmed by panic buyers. You guys need to lighten up, go outside, and practice with your rifles.

Your orders will be shipped when they are ready. Also, make sure you never go down the NFA path. If you cant survive a few week wait for some mags, the 6-7 months will kill you.

In other news, I have around 500 rounds though my ProMag mags with zero issues. They are good to go if anyone is curious.

Better read the previous threads here... there are more that have problems with feeding and jamming issues WITH PT mags....than DON'T.!!!!

That said, its your money, buy whatever you wish.!!!!

Paul

So, my question is this... Are the Pro-mags a better quality that work better with the 15-22? I just purchased my 15-22 yesterday and would like to have some additional mags but don't want to waste money on junk. Any advice would be great.

Thanks!

I could care less if they come a little later as 4 FDE S&W 25 rounders showed up in the mail for me this week. What I think everyone is concerned with is if their orders were overlooked and arent going to process. I understand that the industry is overwhelmed but it doesnt take rocket science to pull the oldest on file orders first. I ordered 3 from them on 1/24 and havent heard anything yet and didnt expect to.

Exactly, I don't mind waiting but don't someone who ordered last week should be at the back of the line not the front

Normally, I would agree with this sentiment. Given the situation, I don't really mind that I have had to wait four weeks and my order hasn't been shipped yet. But . . . I also agree that it is inexcusable that someone who ordered a week ago got a shipping notice when my four week old order still says "processing." That is just a poorly run business, and I don't think it is excused by the current situation. First in, first out is really not that difficult a concept, even during times of high demand. This will likely be my last order from Promag. On the bright side, I did just get a shipping notice from Black Dog Machine, so my fifty-round drum is on its way!

I actually ordered my 3 promag 32 round based on blind faith that they will function well based on what I read here. I'm also a Sig Pistol guy and on that forum they consider Promag to be only good when they are used as door stops.

Easy to say when you have yours . As others said, I don't mind the wait as I understand the backlog issue. What I do mind is newer orders shipping before older ones. Brownells had the same problem and they sent out a nice letter owning up to the mistake and correcting the problem.

I placed an order with ProMag for 2 magazines last month and got an e-mail reply within a week stating that they do not ship to Ohio due to the 30 round limit and they are cancelling my order. I quickly reply to them stating that the limit does apply to firearms that chambers .22 long or short cartridges and should not reinstate my order. I also included a link to the Ohio code and did not receive a response from ProMag. In turn I ordered from Black Dog the 50 rd drum which I received yesterday :). Would still like to have a spare magazine.

WOW! You really need to work on your reading comprehension.
I don't think most of us are complaining about the wait, we knew that going in.
The complaint is- read carefully here- that later orders are getting theirs BEFORE the earlier orders. That isn't right.
