Spring is here. It's 45 degrees and sunny. So I let some of the snub nose babies out of the safe and allowed them to go out and enjoy the sunshine for a while.
Here are a couple pics:

I'm a big fan of snubbies. With my vision, it is easier for me to focus on a front and rear sight that is close together rather than far away from each other as on the long tubes.
Now I'm looking for a M625-3 3" to go with my present collection of 7 Smith snubbies.

Love them, in fact the bigger the bore, the better!:D

Nothing wrong with "snubbies", just personally don't care for them. Have shot many, but don't like anything shorter than 3". In 1976 I bought a mod. 36 w/3" HB and currently have a mod 37, 3" & 60-15 w/3". Also don't care for any rev. w/a barrel over 6". Just MO.

Here's my "Snubby Stable" in chronological order. I got all these in distressed condition and did some rework and dolled them up a bit.

Did anyone notice there are four different decades represented here? I need to add one from the 1930s. I suspect that one will be bit more difficult to find. Don't bother looking to me for an example from the 1980s. I don't do 1980s . . . at least not after 1982.
